Disclosing full facts

If you do not tell us about all material facts – facts which could affect your insurer’s judgement of whether to offer cover and at what price – your insurance could be invalid and not cover you in the event of a claim. In particular this includes any previous incidents, whether they were your fault or not, and whether you claimed or not.
